1. Acceptance
By accessing or using BitCloud, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BitCloud is permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
3. No Investment Advice
BitCloud provides software tools and informational outputs only. Nothing on BitCloud constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Trading digital assets involves significant risk, including total loss.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Payments
If you purchase a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Some payments may be supported using EVM-compatible assets across EVM networks. Network fees, confirmation times, and on-chain finality are outside our control.
6. Acceptable Use
- No abuse, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- No unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or malware.
- No use that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
BitCloud and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as permitted by these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of outputs, or that results will be profitable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitCloud and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BitCloud after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
