Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026. This policy explains refunds, chargebacks, and trial terms.
1. General
BitCloud offers subscription plans and limited trials. Refund eligibility depends on the plan type, payment method, and usage.
2. Trial Purchases
Trial pricing (for example, a 3-day trial) is billed as shown at checkout. Trial charges are generally non-refundable once access is granted, unless required by law.
3. Subscriptions
For subscription renewals, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Unless required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
4. On-Chain / EVM Payments
If you pay with EVM-compatible assets, transactions may be final and irreversible. Network fees and on-chain confirmations are outside our control. If a refund is approved, it may be issued to a wallet address you provide, subject to verification and compliance checks.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks can result in immediate suspension of access. If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact us first so we can help resolve it.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Send a request from the email used during checkout.
- Include your plan name and the payment reference/tx hash (if applicable).
- Describe the issue clearly so we can investigate.
